Dry sanding, flame cutting or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust or hazardous fumes. Wet sanding should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used. The material is flammable. Store container in upright position with lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from ignition sources. Keep out of reach of children and away from combustible material, food, drink and animal feed. Do not breathe gas/ fumes/ vapour/ spray. Do not pour left-over paint down drains or in watercourses. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a proprietary skin cleanser. Do not use solvent thinners or white spirits. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of fire, use foam, dry powder, AAAF or CO2. Never use water. Avoid release to the environment. Contain spillage using sand or earth. Refer to special instructions/ safety data sheet. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Vapours may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Contains cobalt, carboxylate, ethyl, methyl and ketoxime. May produce an allergic reaction. Ensure surface is dry and free from grime, dust, and grease. Remove loose or flaking particles. Sand the surface by using Emery paper No. 180 and wipe it clean. For pre-painted surfaces where putty application is not expected, use Emery paper No. 320 and wipe clean.
