NCL primer - Interior

Primers become a necessity when it comes to a porous surface and also on non-porous surface when there are subsequent layers or coatings to be added to the surface. They give a good adhesion to the surface in itself. Primers also form the protection coat for the surface.

NCL cement primer is an acrylic based cement primer ment for application on concrete & cement plastered plastered interior surfaces.

NCL cement primer has good adhesion to the substrate and paint/plaster applied over it.

NCL cement primer imparts uniform white colour to the substrate and offers better & uniform reflection of the paint applied over it.

NCL cement primer is alkaline in nature and hence best suited for application over concrete / cement plastered surfaces.

NCL cement primer also has excellent compatibility with alltek superfine and other alltek materials.

Technical Data Specific Gravity 1.40 pH 8 Toxicity non-toxic Shelf life 6 months in unopened plastic container. Surface drying 3 to 4 hrs at ambient temperature. Recoating after 4 hrs, however ensure good surface drying. VOC negligible Coverage 120 sft / lit in single coat application. Coverage varies depending on substrate absorption. with paint brush or roller. Mixing ratio 0.6 lit of potable water to 1 lit of primer.

Surface preparation Remove loose sand particles / nibs / fins / oil & grease from the surface. Fill the surface cavities if any and level the surface. Dilution Single Coat of Intetior Cement Primer should be applied on surface prepared plastered wall. Dilute 1 Litre of Interior Cement Primer with 1 Liter of water. Application Apply the material on dry wall with a paint brush over the surface. Allow good surface drying for the next coat.
