 It is excellent water resistant, superior grade, highly polymerized tile grout. it is very easy to clean and a superb working property means less wastage and a better finish. Suitable for walls and floors for exterior and interior tilling. For improved performance use mix with Bluemax SBR bond.

Recommended Use

 Bluemax Joint Filler is used to adhere ceramic, mosaic, quarry cement tile and pavers to various substrates. Bluemax Joint Filler is used as a multi-purpose thin-set mortar for bonding tile to substrates such as concrete, concrete block, wonder-board, and gypsum drywall and cement plaster. Bluemax Joint Filler thick is suitable for walls and floors for internal and external applications, including, wet areas (like bathrooms and kitchens), Stairs, Rooms.

Surface Preparation & Precautions

 Before applying Bluemax Joint filler joints to receive grout should be clean, free from standing water, grease loosely adhering particles, etc. cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means. Pre-wet the joint surface just prior to grouting. Bluemax joint filler has to be protected from direct exposure to sun, wind and rain during application. Grouting should commence only after the tile glue/adhesive has dried out completely.

Mixing

 Mix the Bluemax Joint Filler with 230 ml- 300ml water to obtain smooth thick consistency. Leave the mix to stand for 10 minutes before using.

Product Application

 Bluemax Joint fillers are to be applied to the tile joints using a rubber spatula, taking care to ensure that the grout is well compacted into the joints. The excess material on the surface of the tile should be removed using a dry cloth.

Shelf Life: 12 months after manufacturing date in original and non-open packaging, undercover, in a dry condition, away from humidity, protected from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
