Admixture DOV® IWP Waterproofing Liquid comprising LIQUID

 DOV® IWP LIQUID is a specifically formulated Integral Waterproofing Liquid comprising active plasticizing agents, polymers and additives, specially designed as an additive for cement concrete, mortar and plasters. Dov IWP Liquid helps make concrete, mortars and plasters highly cohesive and segregation free. Conforms to IS: 2645-2003 and IS: 9103-2000.

Method of Application

MIXING

  Mixing Blend cement and aggregates in a concrete mixer as per mix design for about two minutes. Add 75-80% mixing water slowly and blend for about three minutes. Add specified dosage Dov IWP Liquid(@200ml/50Kg cement) to the remaining gauging water and mix thoroughly before adding to concrete mixer and blend further for two minutes. Pour concrete into the mould/ carry out plastering as the case may be. Cure the concrete/ plaster adequately.

 Precautions

• Do not add directly to dry mixes.
• Gauge dosage correctly before commencing mixing. Do not tamper with the mix later.
• Maintain water/cement ratio as low as is possible.
• Do not alter the recommended dosage.
