INDIGO Interior & Exterior Water Based Single Pack PU Top Coat

A perfect blend of PU based alkyd, Sleek Single Pack PU is available in Gloss & Matt finishes, gives a fine polished look to the wooden furniture. Formulated to ensure Interior furniture and joinery remain protected from moisture, household chemicals and abrasion.

Surface preparation & application

1. Sand the bare wood along with grains, sequentially  with abrasive paper grit number 80,100 and 120

2. For interior application: To change the colour of the substrate, use Sleek Interior Wood Stain and allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

3. For exterior application: An undercoat of Sleek XT Base coat is translucent colour is a must for surface exposed to sunlight.

4. After self priming coat, apply the second coat.

5. For brush/roller application, no thinning is required & for spray application add 5% potable water and allow to dry for 6-8 hours.

6. Sand the second coat with abrasive paper grit no. 400

7. Apply third coat as mentioned as mentioned above.

8. Additional coats can be applied for a closed grain finish.

9. Allow each coat to dry for 6-8 hours.

10. After each coat sand the surface with abrasive paper grit no. 400
