INDIGO Sleek Two Pack Exterior PU

Guard the woodwork, windows, and doors from moisture and ultraviolet rays with Sleek Two Pack Exterior PU. This non-yellowing Polyurethane System is available in silk matt, matt, and glossy finish. The aliphatic isocyanates makes it resistant to all types of household chemicals and it is designed to last through aggressive environments.

Surface preparation & application

1. Sand surfaces sequentially along grains with abrasive paper grit no. 80-180.

2. Remove dust and dirt.

3. Apply 2-3 coats of Sleek Base Colour to extend topcoat life and prevent photo-degradation of the wood.

4. Brush or spray-in base and hardener in the ratio 8:1, then apply 2 coats of Sleek XT 2 pack PU Topcoat.

5. Allow for 6-8 hour drying time, sand with abrasive paper no 320, and wipe clean.

6. Mix base and hardener in the ratio 8:1, then brush or spray on 2 coats of Sleek XT 2 pack PU Topcoat, allowing for 6-8 hours drying time between coats.

7. Do inter-coat sanding using abrasive paper grit 400. Allow to dry overnight after second coat.
